{November 29, 2006}   Reality!?

itsmehu.jpg Being a human is good. All has different styles in life nor principles in life. What they think is right they do but never realizing the fact that in God’s principle it’s definitely wrong. Never accepting the real game of life, it’s reality. Reality that we are just human unperfect. We are in dire to do task given to us but the capacity to do such is limited. Limited in terms of thinking just like if we have problems we always limit ourselves in just one solution knowing that in every problem there is always a solution.

Reality is there to make us realize that we must face our obstacles in life nor leave to the extent that in the end you might regret because we don’t explore something new. Our world seems unfair to us because we are just strangers in this world, needed to live and survive the challenges in life.

Hence, better be real than to walk out without an explanation. State what it means to be a real person because we are facing the world of so many invention. And so we must search for a real world, a real you on how you handle the reality. We exist and so we are facing challenges in life that test us. It is depending on how you deal others. Just be yourself and have an extension the way you think it should be. You can be smart if you know that deep inside it’s you no revision.

{November 28, 2006}   Pulling Down Strongholds

In entering the ministry of deliverance there must be, first of all, a total cleansing of one’s personal life. We need to do this in order to have authority over spiritual beings, and at the same time not to be overcome by them. Personal cleansing is needed to receive the necessary spiritual power and authority. I cannot over-emphasized the fact that to bring principalities to attention and to obedience, we must promptly deal with sin in our own lives. We have to face every issue of our past.

If there is unforgiveness, it must be dealt with, for the Bible teaches that if you do not forgive others their trespasses, your trespasses cannot be forgiven you. In the light of this, the Bible specifically states in Psalm 66:18 NKJV:”If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear.” The word regard means to know that it is there, and not deal with it. Isaiah 59:2 NKJV states, “But your iniquities have separated you from your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear”. To bring yourself under biblical authority there must be that personal confession within.

{November 27, 2006}   To become a parents..

granny_kyla.jpg

To become a parents is like a teacher because it’s your responsibilities to teach them what is right and wrong.

To become a parents is to be a bestfriend of your child for them to become comfortable to share their secrets and for them to trust you.

To become a parents is a punisher because you are obliged to punish them if they commit mistakes for them to learn from their mistakes. But after that we must talk and expalin to them why we punish them.

P – Prepare yourself to be a good example to them.

A – Allow them to experience something new in their life and from that experience they learned.

R – Replace love to their mistakes because they are human, can commit sin.

E – Endulge them to serve God for them to be godly and god-fearing child.

N – Never say “YES” to their wants so that they will not be spoiled.

T – Tell them the truth in every question they ask.

Everything you should know about your body after you give birth.

Here’s a look at some of the most common physical issues you may experience after your delivery—and how to deal with them.
Episiotomy or Vaginal Tears
Pelvic Organ or Bladder Prolapse
Hemorrhoids
After delivery, you will bleed as the uterus contracts back to its original size. The bleeding shouldn’t be a lot heavier than a normal period. But sometimes, a piece of the placenta is left inside, which can lead to heavy bleeding. “You can also bleed heavily if you do too much activity,” Dr. Bohon says. How to treat it: If you lie down and the bleeding subsides, that’s a sign you’ve been overexerting yourself and should take it easy. But if rest doesn’t help and your doctor suspects retained placenta–part or all of your placenta is still inside–you will need a dilation and curettage, or D&C, to clean out your uterus. When to call the doctor: If you’re soaking more than one pad an hour or passing clots that are as big as a lemon, you need medical attention.

Long-term care: You may be anemic and tired after blood loss, so your doctor may prescribe iron supplements and plenty of rest.

FHM, the undisputed number one men’s magazine in the country, has more reasons to celebrate. Count, for example, the fact that Karel Marquez and Amanda Griffin, two of the most sought-after women in the showbiz and modeling industry, appear on a special back-to-back cover on the November issue of FHM. This is another treat for FHM readers because this month, you get to take home two luscious honeys on the cover for the price of one!

Karel Marquez, who balances being a MYX VJ, actress, singer, and songwriter in one, considers her FHM debut a career move because according to her, “I’m starting to do mature roles”. This is definitely a far cry from the usual perky and teenybopper act that the people have grown accustomed to, but this versatile artist has come a long way from the pa-tweetum roles she used to play in Berks, where she started out at the tender age of 16. Now at 19, Karel says that her independence and how she handles herself are some of the things that constantly surprise people. She has now learned the ropes of living on her own, citing that her maturity is what makes her parents trust her to strike it out by herself.

Another reason for a celebratory toast from the FHM corner is the stunning debut of supermodel Amanda Griffin on FHM. After 15 years of modeling, Amanda is still credited as one of the most sought-after models in the industry today. Her FHM debut has been long been overdue, and she says her uneasiness with the magazine had to do with her initial perception that FHM is “a really sexy magazine”, and she was not used to “so much lingerie”. Still, Amanda bares all – her mind, that is – as she talks about the things that are keeping her busy at the moment, like being an activist in an environmental cause that’s obviously very close to her heart. Although she’s been away from the limelight for some time now, Amanda is now back with projects left and right, a sure sign that the showbiz industry is not yet done shining their klieg lights on this supermodel / endorser-turned-TV host.

The November issue of FHM featuring Karel Marquez and Amanda Griffin on a back-to-back cover treat, is now available in leading magazine stands and bookstores for only P125 per copy.
